Withdraw contract

You may withdraw your consent to take out insurance within 14 days of the contract being concluded.

This does not apply to insurance policies with a term of less than one month, or if the contract has already been fulfilled by both parties.

In your customer login, you can view your policies and – where legally possible – withdraw from them. To do so, please log in to your customer login using your credentials. If you do not yet have access, you can register there.

Please note that this function cannot be used to cancel insurance contracts. If you wish to cancel an insurance policy and there is a valid reason for cancellation, simply send us an email.

Please note: We will only check whether you are actually entitled to withdraw after sending the confirmation of receipt. This merely confirms receipt of your notice of withdrawal, but does not confirm the existence of a right of withdrawal. Once the check has been completed, we will inform you separately as to whether your withdrawal is valid.
