10/10 would recommend for any charter. It is cheaper than most security deposit waiving schemes offered by charter companies, and if you encounter any damages, they are quick to process and pay out. Just be sure to document it well—a logbook also helps. I have used them for 5 charters so far and once suffered damage to the boat.

I haven’t had to make a claim yet, so I can’t comment on that aspect of the service. What I can say is that the online contract creation and signing process was seamless and very straightforward — a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
