Withdraw contract

To make withdrawal as easy and secure as possible for you, you will find a dedicated withdrawal function in your personal client account. 
 

Please note that this function cannot be used to cancel insurance policies. If you are entitled to a contractual or statutory right of cancellation and wish to cancel your policy at the end of the term, following the sale of your yacht, or after a claim, simply send us an email.
 

In your personal client account, you can view your contracts and – provided the legal requirements are met – withdraw from them. Once you have submitted your withdrawal, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt from us.

To do this, please log in to your client account using your login credentials. If you do not yet have access, you can register there.

Please note: We will not check whether you are actually entitled to withdraw until after we have sent the confirmation of receipt. This only confirms receipt of your notice of withdrawal, but not the existence of a right of withdrawal. Once the check has been completed, we will inform you separately as to whether your withdrawal is valid.
