Need a little extra support? We’re here to help
We are committed to ensuring that our products and services are accessible to all our clients, so that everyone can do business with us easily. We encourage you to talk to our staff to help us understand your individual needs. We don’t operate call centres and our friendly team will be able to explain our products and guide you through our processes in a way that best suits you.
Trusted Alternative Contact
If you’re finding it difficult to talk to with us, we can speak with someone else on your behalf if you would prefer. We call this a trusted alternative contact. We’re more than happy to do this, all you have to do is contact us to make us aware by using our email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us if you can on 01752 223656. We will need you to complete and return our Trusted Alternative Contact form which you can find at the bottom of this page or if you would like us to post you a hard copy, do let us know.
It’s really important that you keep up to date with your premiums, as non-payment may affect whether or not a claim under your policy will be considered, but we know sometimes things are just not that simple.
If you are having difficulties in paying your premiums, please contact us to discuss repayment or any ways we can support you further. We have instalment facilities available for some policies at no extra cost so you can spread the payments over 12 months, please get in touch to discuss the options available to you.
Also, if you know ahead of time that you’re going to miss a payment, or if you’ve already missed one and are looking to catch up, please do let us know as soon as you can.
