The promoter of this competition is Pantaenius UK Ltd, Marine Building, 1 Queen Anne Place, Plymouth, PL4 0FB.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
- Excludes employees of Pantaenius UK Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
- One entry per person. Incomplete, duplicate, or false entries will be disqualified.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
3. Entry Period
The competition opens at 9:00 AM on 12 September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 28 September 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Participants can enter by either:
- Completing the entry process at the Pantaenius UK stand (H530, New Wave Hall) at the Southampton Boat Show; or
- Submitting the online entry form via the Pantaenius UK website.
5. Prizes

6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Winners’ names may be published on the Pantaenius UK website and social media channels.
7. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of winner confirmation, either by post or via arrangements with the prize provider.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Pantaenius UK Ltd’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants agree to the use of their data for administering the competition and any marketing purposes to which they have separately consented. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pantaenius UK Ltd is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged due to technical or network failures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
10. General
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or temporarily suspend the competition if necessary.
- The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.

This competition and its terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
