Survey Monthly Prize Draw

By participating in our Customer Feedback Survey, you’re helping us improve our services and better serve you. As a token of our appreciation, you will be entered into our monthly prize draw upon completing and submitting the survey.
Please take a moment to review the following Terms and Conditions. These rules outline the details of the prize draw, eligibility, and other important information.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Survey Monthly Prize Draw:
Is a series of 12 monthly free prize draws.
Eligibility:
The Survey Monthly Prize Draw (“Draw”) is open to individuals who complete and submit the designated Pantaenius Customer Feedback Survey (“Survey”) in its entirety. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Pantaenius are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The entry period for the Draw begins on 11.06.2024 and ends on 30.06.2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
Entry Method:
To enter the Draw, participants must complete the Survey in its entirety and provide accurate contact information as requested. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
Prize:
The prize for each month’s Draw is 1 x Oxford Mint Boat Clean and Restore Kit (consisting of: Oxford Mint Boat Deck Wash, Oxford Mint Canopy and Sail Cleaner, Oxford Mint Marine Canopy Reproofer, Oxford Microfibre Noodle Sponge, Oxford Microfibre Towels, Oxford Bucket Bag). No cash alternative or substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Pantaenius UK Limited.
Winner Selection:
We will hold the Draw in the first three working days of every month (the first draw will take place in August 2024 and the last in July 2025) . We will randomly select a winner from all respondents to the Survey.
Notification:
We aim to write to any potential winner who has been selected within 14 days of the Draw taking place. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 21 days of notification, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity:
By participating in the Draw, participants agree to allow Pantaenius UK Ltd to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected in connection with the Draw will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Draw and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Pantaenius UK Ltd
General Conditions:
Pantaenius UK Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed ineligible. Pantaenius UK Ltd also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Draw in whole or in part for any reason.
Governing Law:
The Draw is governed by English Law. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
