New Customer Survey Monthly Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Pantaenius UK Limited, Marine Building, 1 Queen Anne Place, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 0FB (“Pantaenius”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Prize Draw Period

The promotion consists of a series of monthly free prize draws from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, unless extended, suspended or withdrawn earlier where necessary for legal, operational, technical or regulatory reasons.

Any valid entries already received for the relevant monthly draw before any suspension or withdrawal will remain valid for that draw unless otherwise required by law or regulation.

One winner will be selected each calendar month from all eligible entries received during that month.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to customers who:

• are aged 18 years or over
• have taken out a policy with Pantaenius UK Limited
• receive and complete the designated New Customer Survey
• choose to enter the optional prize draw by providing their email address 

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or affiliates of Pantaenius UK Limited and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

Entry is optional and is free of charge.

Only one validated entry per customer per calendar month is permitted.

Customers who have previously won a prize under this promotion are excluded from winning again during the promotion period ending 31 March 2027.

Entry into the prize draw is not linked to survey responses, policy terms, claims outcomes, complaint handling, premium, renewal terms or any other aspect of the customer relationship.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. complete and submit the New Customer Survey
2. provide their email address in the optional prize draw entry field

The email address provided will be used solely to identify the customer within our business systems, retrieve the associated customer number, validate eligibility and administer the draw. 

Only validated customer numbers, with any duplicate entries removed, will be entered into the monthly prize draw register.

No additional payment is required to enter.

5. Prize

The prize for each monthly draw is one £50 Amazon e-voucher.

No cash alternative is available. 

We reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from the validated monthly prize draw register within the first 5 working days of the following month.

The monthly prize draw register will consist only of validated customer numbers.

The selection process will be conducted using a verifiably random method under appropriate internal supervision and a record of the draw will be retained as evidence that the draw was conducted fairly.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry and where reasonably necessary, the customer contact details held on the relevant policy record.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, including at least two contact attempts over a 14-day period. 

We reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process if the selected winner:

• cannot be contacted
• does not respond within 14 days
• declines the prize
• is found to be ineligible 

Following prize fulfilment, the winning customer number will be retained in the winner history and exclusion register to prevent repeat wins during the promotion period.

8. Winner Information

To demonstrate that a valid prize award has duly taken place, we may make available on request limited winner information. Ordinarily this is the winner’s surname and county of residence.

Draw winners have the opportunity to object to this disclosure or to ask to reduce the amount of information that is published or made available.  In such circumstances however where a winner does not wish the promoter to publish this information, the promoter must nevertheless still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority, if requested to do so.

9. Privacy

The email address provided for optional prize draw entry will be used solely to: 

• identify the customer, validate the draw entry and confirm eligibility
• administer the draw process
• contact the winner
• maintain the associated draw register, winner history and exclusion records
• maintain an audit trail for legal, regulatory, and compliance purposes.

The email address provided for prize draw entry will not be used for marketing purposes unless the customer has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

Survey responses will continue to be used separately for:

• customer insight
• service improvement
• service quality monitoring
• governance and regulatory reporting 

We may also use aggregated survey responses to develop marketing messaging or to support our customer experience claims.

Prize draw records will be retained for the duration of the promotion and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain the winner history, respond to any complaints or regulatory enquiries, and meet our legal and compliance obligations.

10. Your right to change your mind 

If you change your mind after entering the draw and subsequently decide you do not want to take part in the draw, you can opt out at any time before the draw date by contacting us at hello@pantaenius.co.uk or by telephone on 01752 22 36 56. 

11. General

We reserve the right to:

• disqualify incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or technically invalid entries
• refuse entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions
• amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary
• suspend, withdraw or cancel the promotion where necessary for legal, operational, regulatory or technical reasons 

Any such action will be carried out fairly and in accordance with applicable law and regulation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
